PlayerRadius isn’t an idea that came from a whiteboard.
It came from seven years of trial, error, rebuilding, recruiting, losing players, finding players, rebuilding again… and eventually creating one of the fastest-growing amateur clubs in the region.

I built my own club from scratch.
No budget. No reputation. No existing squad.

Just a belief that if we could recruit better, communicate better, promote better, and match the right players to the right environment, something special could happen.

It did.

The club achieved three consecutive promotions, developed a recruitment engine that consistently attracted quality players, and built a culture and process that worked at every level — from Division 4 all the way up the pyramid.

Every mistake, every fix, every breakthrough, every lesson…
